There are two parties in Washington - Trial lawyers vs the insurance industry. The insurance/repubs look like they snuck one by.
It’s another welfare payment but the law says we’ll have to increase another, different, welfare payment if we don’t make this one. No savings if we don’t do it ..unfortunately.
