Honestly, though. This is about appeasing blacks and a bunch of self hating brain washed whites most still live off of a parent and the government. Most Hispanics don’t gaf about the confederacy or those monuments. And most whites dem voters in fly over country find BLM and ANTIFA repugnant and criminal. I see why the liberal politicians are bending over backward to this crowd when you consider how important it is for them to turn out the black vote in certain areas or lose. This is about preventing so many non-whites from voting for Trump again (and possibly scuttling some Republicans in the mid-terms). Race is one of many issues used to divide us (along with gender, class, age, carnivores vs. vegetarians/vegans, etc.); they simply can’t have “non-progressives” (read: non-Bolsheviks) in power, with the votes of so many people who are supposed to loathe each other and most of all the WASP culture of this country.
Not just Rubio and Romney. The entirety of the GOPe is taking the side of Antifa. None of them are criticizing Antifa in any way. According to the GOPe, Antifa is fighting hate and intolerance. Only President Trump is speaking the actual truth.
