No, I'm already "pullin' the handle" (why does that sound a little off to me??). All I'm sayin' is that the cost isn't necessarily the most important thing. And I'm sure we could find a caliber that's extremely cost-effective to reload and purchase a snifty little firearm to accommodate such a round.

I agree. I reload the rounds that are cost-effective, considering the cost of my time. Those are .38 Sp, .357 Mag, .44 Mag, .45 LC. If I shot heavy rifles, I’d reload all of those calibers.

But .22, .380, 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP are all cost-effective to buy, especially in bulk on the internet.
