Park officials say the Confederate monuments in Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania are staying put, according to our affiliate WSET.

The national park has not received any complaints about the monuments, park spokesperson Katie Lawhon told USA Today.

"These memorials, erected predominantly in the early and mid-20th century, are an important part of the cultural landscape," Lawhon said in an email to USA Today.

Lawhon told reporters that the park's mission includes interpreting the actions, motivations, and causes of the soldiers.

Gettysburg National Military Park focuses on the Battle of Gettysburg, which was the bloodiest battle during the Civil War.

Just wait till these anarchists try to take down the Confederate Monument at Arlington National Cemetery.

Only because they haven’t gotten any complaints - allegedly.

Let’s see what happens when they do.

“We’re going to rename Gettysburg to Emancipation Park and build a museum dedicated to black history so everything is kept in perspective.”

So the Confederate monuments in Gettysburg are staying put. Sad that such a statement even has to be issued.

I wonder... if had Hillary been elected president, would the Park Service still be saying that?

Maybe someone will take videos of them and threaten them with a letter of admonishment in their permanent records.

Perhaps it’ll be the future site of another record casualty conflict.

When the history of the Confederacy is all wiped out, the Civil War will have to be erased because the enemy didn’t exist. If there was no enemy, then why did the two groups wearing blue clothes and gray clothes meet at Gettysburg? Were they there for a Sunday school picnic? There’s no logical explanation, so we better sell the land to developers. The world always needs another water park or Six Flags. Kumbaya, baby! Mustn’t microaggress little Muhammad in “history” class with knowledge about what those evil alt-right people once did on that site.

What about Grant Park in Chicago? U.S. Grant owned slaves longer than Robert E. Lee did.

That is why the internet will be very important to store the history.

Antifa get arrested? Ha,ha, ha...LOLOL. even if they do, that only lasts to the end of the Trump administration. They are building the biggest Memory Hole ever known and rapidly increasing the temp to 451 Fahrenheit.

The whole thing belonged to Lee. Maybe we should dig up all the heroes in Arlington and rebury them in Atlanta at the MLK Memorial site.

....You mean at Robert E. Lee’s house?....

Antifa and the other anarchist, communist insurrectionists would be mortified to know that this man, among many of his brothers, is buried at Arlington National Cemetery. Let alone, Robert E. Lee’s home is there.

“The national park has not received any complaints about the monuments, park spokesperson Katie Lawhon told USA Today.”

Upon finding this out BLM and other leftist organizations will commence a complaint blitz.
