Apparently, judges don’t have freedom of speech either.
My cousin is a judge in Bradley County/Cleveland area in TN and even though he has a FB page, he doesn’t post. He said it’s too dangerous and it’s discouraged. He just reads family posts to keep up with us all. :-)

The only judges that can have freedom of speech are the ones that agree with the commie left agenda..the rest of them, not so much

That is correct. Judicial ethics require that they not comment on political matters. It’s part of the price of admission to the gig. If you want to be able to speak out, don’t become a judge. Though I agree 100% with his statements, it was right that he be suspended.
It WAS a free country at one time, not anymore. The open minded , tolerance preaching left took care of that.
