set up a manufactured Facebook personality and go for it

Facebook HATES it, as their business model depends on invading your privacy and exposing you to advertisers, marketers, government, etc... They spend a lot of time and money trying to track down fake users and cancel such accounts. But they can’t be too aggressive, or they’ll piss off others.

When that happens, just set up another one. Its what the Alinskyite left would do, after all.

So in addition to getting your viewpoints out there, you can poke the Facebook fascists in the eye.

Before the Boy Scouts turned to the dark side, remember when the State of KKKalifornia was banning people from being judges in the state if they were affiliated with the BSA, because the Scouts would not allow open homosexuals?

This is no different.

The comments were “controversial” because they were not politically correct.

If the judge had posted a recommendation that the statues should all be removed violently and lawlessly as happened in Durham, he would still have a job.

Reading her biography is says for a chief magistrate:

The elections for this court type are contested and may be partisan or nonpartisan. To serve on this court, a judge must be a county resident for at least one year, be 25 years of age, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Under Schools Attended, it says she went to high school. What the hell are her legal qualifications to do what she had done to a bench judge? She ran unapposed for her position. I could not find out what party she belongs to but given the political environment there, I'm sure she's a Democrat.

So being honest and telling the truth is cause for removal.

And the next defendant who appears before the judge and doesn't like the outcome? Their lawyer will be pointing to these posts, claiming bias, and demanding a new trial. And they'll get it.

That is correct. Judicial ethics require that they not comment on political matters. It’s part of the price of admission to the gig. If you want to be able to speak out, don’t become a judge. Though I agree 100% with his statements, it was right that he be suspended.

Political matters that are before the court, right?

You can’t say you support Trump or Hillary if you’re a Judge? That’s not true.
