NK’s April missile parade showed mobile launchers that appear to be a variant of the Chinese Wanshan WS51200, which is a design of the Russian government’s Minsk Automobile Plant in Belarus. The launcher is similar to that used by Russia for their Topol-M or YARS 24 ICBMs.
