As a passenger on many Trans Atlantic flights, the Tri-Star was always my favorite. The 747-SP was a close second. This is 40 years ago.

Today they all suck because of their sardine pack seating and I can not afford first class.

ps
In the 70s I flew back and forth from London to Stavanger, Norway every 14 days. I was working on the North Sea Oil rigs. I would always delay checking in as late as possible. If economy was full I would often get bumped up to First Class.

The L-1011 was also my favorite.

I’ve never gotten to ride on a 747. hope so before they all disappear into just cargo, but don’t know how at this point.
