He issued this statement one day after the legendary quote that has been my tagline ever since:
"We at Under Armour are disappointed by the Administrations decision to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement as climate change continues to threaten our planet, our cities and our economies. Climate change is real and must be taken seriously by our business community, our customers, our neighbors and our elected officials. Sustainability has always been part of our DNA: its integral to how we live and work and is essential to our environment. As a business leader concerned with creating American jobs, I disagree with the decision to exit the Paris accord."
'Eff him, and 'eff Under Armour.
But you're right. He's a kitty. I've pretty much identified the pattern that whomever makes quick pronouncements likely has no spine or principles of thier own.
Look at who has been talking the past few days. Sort of like the saying about the dog that yelps is the one that got hit by the rock.
I am disappointed by Under Armour’s decision to buy into a ripoff of the American taxpayer via the Paris Climate Agreement for a popular but scientifically unproven theory first promoted by Algore who shows no signs of walking the walk on climate change. I hope as a result UA has to worry about it’s own sustainability.
