I think he looks more and more like a nutcase who should have been in an asylum but we don’t have those anymore thanks in part to the ACLU. We need mental health reform in this country along with prison reform.
You can see the brake lights. And I can't see any indication there's cars in front. You can see the spot on his bumper where he was already hit by the bat. There's video of that. There's also video of the van and a second car moving slowly through the intersection then getting hit by the Challenger.
This guy has a defense.
to the best of my limited youtube video viewing, the lions share of the fighting ws in the hour before the march was supposed to start. When the State Popo declared unlawful assembly, the last remaining fought their way off some steps into the park, and down the street towards the parking garage (next to the PD?) where another altercation took place as a result of the exiting people being taunted and things thrown and assaults. So the only people left around the park were the antifa and BLM, who decided to ignore the disburse order and to ‘victory march’ by blocking streets with the ‘our streets’ chanting - which was allowed to occur.
I’ve watched the two parking garage videos and haven’t noticed the suspect, but I wonder if he was involved in the altercation there or somewhere else, that would have prompted an act of retribution.
Judging from his history, insanity is the best defense.
