I think the South Korean President is pleading for NO War ,so NK won

He is NK client although many people may find it difficult to believe. Because of his obstructionist behaviors, he is basically cut out of loop for international back channel talks on what to do with N. Korea. U.S., China, Japan, and Russia may be talking to one another, but S. Korea is left out even though the future of N. Korea affects her most.

I suspect U.S. is not providing any sensitive information to S. Korea now, because her government is basically a security risk.

While concern for casualty in Seoul is a big factor, but his opinion matters less than you think when it comes to attacking NK.
