The girl jumped onto the back of the Charger while it was backing up. She rolled off toward the passenger side and got crushed between it and the parked Toyota.
It looked as if she was carrying a rolled up white umbrella. Potential weapon.
Why would these people jump onto a vehicle that was clearly backing up?
