Smith and Wesson (S&W) has been offering a rebate on some of its firearms. The interesting note is that magazines and ammo can NOT be sent to the following states:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York
With the exception of Alaska (Don't know why that state will not allow shipment of mags & ammo), all of the states listed are known to be hotbeds of radical, leftist ideology. The ad confirms that fact. Those states are the enemy of conservative ideology.
I came here to say the same. You can also buy the parts for a magazine with more than 20 round capacity and assemble it at home, or with a government ID just pick them up ready to fire at the gun store.
Yeah, that’s them. I hope there’s other arms manufacturers that won’t sell stuff to cops there. I’ll bet real soon that Moonbeam will pull guns from cops just like the UK.
Mags and ammo can be shipped to Alaska via surface freight. I live in Alaska and am constantly fighting the ignorance of shippers in the lower 48 who always try to over charge for everything. NEWS FLASH! the United States Postal Service delivers to Alaska just like it delivers to your town and for the same rates. Things like ammo can be shipped via Lynden Alaska Marine Lines on a barge. It takes roughly a week from Seattle.

Thanks, can’t go ground to Alaska. Canada objects to eville boolets.
I live in Illinois and can order pretty much any ammo I want. Only one small part of IL, Cook County, has any such restrictions. I’ve had ammo shipped here by the crate in the past.
Magazines, too. Outside of Cook County there are no restrictions on capacity.
