The ACLU has a good case as the banned ads are rather arbitrary.

I could do without the PETA and the pro-abortion ad; the other two are mild. Milo’s is a book ad. I guess he could tone it down.

That’s the entire point.

The First Amendment does not take into consideration what any one individual can “do without.”
