So the jury can't see our support.....

(Andrea Parker at :32)....I want to explain what's going on inside today. The government still hasn't rested their case. The judge tried to get the defense to argue their 29A motions. These are motions that if the government fails to prove a crime, they can drop some of the charges.

We all know that they won't drop some of the charges, but there's no way the defense is going to put their 29A motions out before the government has rested their case because the government can just come in and enter more evidence so that they don't drop the charges.

So we're all going to wait for that till the jury's in the room, but we're starting the mock trial today.

This is witnesses, people are going to proffer inside.....

Andrea Parker reports on developments this morning in Las Vegas at the Second Bunkerville Standoff trial of the four men not convicted in the first.

The defense is allowed to present it's witnesses by US District Judge Gloria Navarro, but the jury is not allowed to hear them.

The judge banned the defense witnesses from the trial, but defense lawyers are getting their testimony into the record for appeal.

Its a very rigged process in Nevada in this trial, the defense also banned from using the First and Second Amendments as defense for their actions on April 12, 2014.

Parker also mentions on the video and in the caption about the website where there's a petition to President Trump to pardon the 19 Bunkerville participants arrested by the federal government.

How can the defense witness be banned from a trial without automatically giving grounds for a retrial-—with an entirely DIFFERENT judge??? And a possible sanction against this judge?
