Wish Trump had endorsed Moore.

I have several friends in Alabama and from Alabama that support your statement.
ALL say Moore is the hands down favorite among Alabama residents because of his strong stand while an Alabama Supreme Court Justice..

More and l am with you. Keeping McMaster despite everything is more than l can take. His excruciating inaction to stop the coup is just shocking. Now he’s endorsing Strange it’s all too much. He knows his base but he has lost touch with what we are thinking.
I like Roy Moore, but I think we get the same votes with Brooks as we do with Moore, and a lot less controversy. I’d be happy with either.

Age has been mentioned as an issue by other Freepers. I was just providing the facts. On balance, if Mo and the Judge have an equal shot at beating the Democrat, I would go with Mo based on the actuarial table in the hope of getting a longer GOP tenure. Mo and Moore are equally acceptable politically to me.
I will be voting for Mo.
If Moore wins, the general election is going to be a serious slugfest. The Dems and GOPe are going to be going all in on his defeat.

I lived in Ga and Alabama, I trust Moore and I know for a fact that Alabamans trust Moore more than any other politicians in the state.

Moore would certainly be an outlier in the Republican Conference and proudly brags about being “not part of the establishment.” He was removed as the state’s chief justice in 2003 for opposing the removal of a Ten Commandments statue from the state Capitol, but was later elected again, before then being suspended for not enforcing the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on same-sex marriage. He maintains that anti-gay marriage position today and says the Supreme Court had “no authority” to legalize it.
God is on his side.
Since Mo Brooks isn’t going to win or place, if he throws his vote to Moore, it will guarantee he will win, and go to Washington immediately, instead of having to wait for the general election.
In return, Roy Moore could likely secure Mo Brooks a good Trump administration job that would strongly help Alabama.
