I’d like to read this memo or is it buried so the Left can continue to demonize anyone who has thoughts idependent of their ideology?

NPR is reporting this all wrong. And so is CNN and the other usual suspects.
The actual memo does not say what they are reporting.
They are claiming that the author of the "anti-diversity manifesto" argued "women aren't suited for tech jobs for biological' reasons." Totally false.

In a 5-4 decision today in the case of National Organization for Women v. Google, the Supreme Court ruled that men and women are NOT biologically different. Chief Justice John Roberts cast the deciding vote with his concurring opinion that femininity was a tax.

yes, that too (very unfortunately)..... some American corporations import thousands of foreigners for jobs in USA, without even giving highly-qualified Americans the courtesy of a rejection letter (more or less a job interview!)

It is similar to when a female biology prof from MIT was so upset at Harvard President Larry Summers that she had to leave the room:
Summers' Comments on Women and Science Draw Ire
He wasn't even saying that "innate" differences necessarily accounted for differences in the numbers of men vs. women at the highest levels of math and science, he said it was one of three "hypotheses" he would discuss.... but merely the fact that he was willing to consider the matter was enough to give the MIT woman the vapors.... and she is a SCIENTIST.... supposedly a SCIENTIST ..... in biology !!!! And she cannot even hear someone discuss possible biological sex differences without having a complete and total meltdown and fleeing the room.

People on the left so frequently LIE and/or extensively distort whatever they want to destroy. Set up a straw man and don’t let the public know what was really said.

The complete memo is
here.
The initial releases left out the supporting footnotes.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai addressed the controversy with his own memo saying the employee had crossed the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes. Stereotypes exist because they are based on generalized truths. Men and women are indeed different. Accept reality and live with it!

I hope they don’t expect to be paid for the day. I expect they are looking for employment now.

THIS IS THE ANSWER
Indiana University gets 8,000 freshmen every fall, about half of them women. Science and computing isn’t on the radar for 97 percent of them, according to
Maureen Biggers, assistant dean for diversity and education at Indiana’s School of Informatics. “It doesn’t occur to them as a career path,” she says.

Most men don’t pay any attention to memos, let alone take off work because they are traumatized.

"I'm finally beginning to understand why many American corporations move their production overseas" Have you ever noticed the difference between foreign and American airline stewardesses? The foreign ones are feminine, stylish, and sweet. The American stewardesses are chunky scowling bull dykes with cropped hair and squeezed into butch Hillary pantsuits.

Don’t they have a ‘fainting couch’ there for such situations? THAT’s discrimination.
