Confusing for me to see Breitbart, Daily Caller, etc. so fully against McMasters, flogging all of his suspicious connections and flaws, but then Conservative Treehouse has implied of mysterious opportunists behind the McMaster “smears”.
Further, McMaster was initially rather lauded by conservatives for the position he accepted, as a senior military hand who is experienced in warfare and military strategy.
The president seems to support him, certainly, at least at this time. Who knows— in private with Trump, maybe he has turned against the Left and they don’t yet know it.
I really have no answer to what really may be going on, but something is.
