It needs to drop to zero. ZERO. The only govt. institution that should be feeding ANYONE are military members, their families, and at Veteran homes. Let the churches take care of the rest. Once we turn off the tit of benefits, illegals will leave, and the lazy will work or starve.
plenty of churches get their food to distribute through food “organizations” with ties back to govt/tax payer monies.
I like when churches do it the old fashioned way of actually have members contribute.
