Using the statistics given in the linked site, China's trade surplus with U.S. is 33% of the total surplus after Hong Kong. Hong Kong is really a part of China. If you exclude Hong Kong, U.S. accounts for 52% of China's trade surplus.

China exports to many countries, but also imports from them a lot. If U.S. export is shut off, the impact is will be devastating.
