At 210 years-old, USS Constitution is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world, manned by 67 active-duty United States Sailors and visited by nearly half a million visitors annually. You will be interested to know, ConorMacNessa, that today Penny and I had a beautiful hike along a river that was once used to power several foundries and factories. It was where the anchor for the USS Constitution was cast.
The river has been restored to its pre-industrial beauty, and the woods have grown up around the area, making the trails really nice (we did about 2.5 miles)
