HOUSTON, Texas — A Texas district attorney says MS-13 leaders in El Salvador are green-lighting hits by gang members in the U.S. The DA is just NOW figuring this out? I think this stuff has been going on for a very long time. They, along with other gang bangers, order hits from inside the prisons too.
