Sure enough but the notion that cops are trigger happy is a totally false assumption. Most cops work entire careers without ever having to draw their weapon in the line of duty.

I didn’t say all cops. But when it happens the results are deadly aren’t they. Ask the Australian woman in Minneapolis. Oh ya.....you can’t.

Cops in the aggregate are not trigger-happy. Not at all. It just takes half a dozen individual cops who are trigger-happy and who are not punished to get everyone rightfully hot and bothered. The lack of accounting here promotes the view that if any particular cop decides he would like to kill your dog or you there is nothing at all to motivate him to refrain. What he gets for it is a could weeks of paid vacation. it only takes a few upunished acts to make the people rightly fear the police.
