I must have heard a dozen different teachers ask me that in school, about the takeover of Germany by the Third Reich.
“NO WAY I wouldn’t speak out..!” is what I heard 90% of people answer.
But now I see that’s wrong and I KNOW it’s wrong. Because I see the same process play out HERE. NOW.
In fact most people will not only permit them to get away with it but they will add their voice of support to the whole process, as long as they’re told to enough times, even with no violence at all applied.

I would say that by the Declaration of Independence that the government we now have has become destructive of it’s ends and so should be altered and abolished.

Judge Janine was quite ‘entertaining’ and effective at getting her message across. And I am glad she is sounding the alarm, knowing that the viewing public is still inadequately informed and engaged.
But although she describes the problems and corruption effectively, she gets around to closing her comments with frustrating suggestions and then disappointingly but perhaps deservedly blames it on ‘us’.
Her frustrating suggestions include bringing Lynch, Clinton, and ‘the whole lot of them’ to a grand jury. Great, but how? Who will do it?
The answer to that question is why I was so harsh on Sessions yesterday. I don’t expect Sessions to do anything. That Sessions won’t do anything is NOT why I was mad at him yesterday and still am. I am mad as hell at him because HE IS THERE.
Sessions does not need to be AG. He has no reason to be there. There are many qualified people that could do a better job. Yes, he was a state AG in Alabama but then he became a US Senator which changed him I am sure.
He does not need to be there and he should have been gone long ago. Because now I sense the Establishment has our President on the ropes.
Judge Janine’s grand jury suggestions can be carried out in a couple of ways, one way is fairly known and another is untested.
FIRST WAY
The first way would require Sessions to exhibit courage and integrity and I am pretty sure he doesn’t have it in him. He may even be compromised on some past pay-to-play which is why he seems to always act with the establishment.
This first way also requires courage from Assistant AG Rachel Brand (http://heavy.com/news/2017/06/rachel-brand-doj-attorney-bio-trump-russia-probe). The additional requirement makes the first way which I will get to shortly, makes it seem like a long shot. Basically, it requires Sessions to fire or replace Rosenstein, and then promptly resign himself. Grounds for firing or replacing Rosenstein can be made on recent revelations of significant conflicts of interest which include his association with Comey in their failure to prosecute certain cases when Mueller was FBI Chief.
If Session were to fire or replace Rosenstein, it will allow Rachel Brand to become acting AG. Then it becomes crucial that Ms. Brand follow through on matters of grand juries as described by Judge Janine.
SECOND WAY
The second way is possibly more promising than the first way but would require lightning quickness in preparation and planning. It involves convening a grand jury by citizens, not prosecutors, not courts. And yes, this is possible by a ruling that Justice Scalia made in years past.
According to the late Justice Scalia, Citizens are empowered to convene grand juries, authorized to impanel themselves as grand juries under the Constitution.
“Our elected officials have lost the vision of our forefathers. The Bill of Rights is still the supreme law of our land, and that law provides for indictment only by a Grand Jury composed of common people. That law provides for conviction only by a Petit Jury, a jury of your peers. Think about it,” he said. “When you go to a trial, the charges are brought by “The People.” The jury decides whether you are innocent or guilty – not the judge. The jury does not have to follow the law. In fact, the jury can ignore the law and set free an obviously guilty person if they want. The jury is the final word, not the judge, not the prosecutors. But the power to convene a Grand Jury is not recognized today in America by most judges. Leo Donofrio, a New Jersey attorney explains. “The constitutional power of ‘we the people’ sitting as grand jurors has been subverted by a deceptive play on words since 1946 when the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure were enacted. Regardless, the power still exists in the Constitution and has been upheld by the United States Supreme Court.”
That decision upheld by the US Supreme Court was written by Justice Scalia in United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 at 48 (1992).

Judge Scalia laid down the law of the land in that case as follows:
“’[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,… the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It “‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’”

The import of such a ruling is that WE THE PEOPLE were empowered over judges and prosecutors. And what do we have now? Do we not have a corrupt judiciary in many circuits? Do we not have corrupt, compromised, or reticent prosecutors? For this very situation, Justice Scalia gave us the leeway to get the job done ourselves which is what Judge Janine is I think calling for.
If people read the above and show interest, I will post a separate thread on this subject. Who knows? I have worked with other Freepers on a number of issues in the past which brought about real change. Maybe we can get the word out to some fine citizens who could see a way for citizens to convene a grand jury and for its findings and indictments to stick.
