My submarine, built in 1960, did not have urinals either. We were still able to pee.
Seated toilets? Well then, there's no serious problem here. Furthermore, isn't it true than men can urinate over the side of the vessel, or is that not a good idea?
There is a serious problem with the feminization of the military though.
The decision to allow or not allow women or homosexuals to serve in the military should be made by the Joint Chiefs of Staff only, and their only guiding principal should be the mission of the military, viz. the protection of the U.S.A. and its people.

I assume a State if the Art 1100 Foot long Aircraft Carrier is a bit more stable than a 1960’s era Submarine.
I had to sit down to Pee when I went Sailing on a Relative’s 30’ Catalina. Otherwise the entire Head would probably have been glistening in yellow. LOL
That being said, being able to Piss while standing up is just another benefit of being a Man, which of course is completely unfair in today’s inclusive Society. #:^)
exactly....I also have only toilets in my house....no urinals
