The American Center for Law and Justice filed a FOIA request for information surrounding the infamous 2016 Arizona “Tarmac Meeting” between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch during the ongoing Hillary Clinton investigation.
The ACLJ has a summary of their initial review –SEE HERE– However, various internet researchers who have reviewed the initial 413 pages (pdf embed below) have discovered something very interesting.
It appears Attorney General Loretta Lynch used an email alias in her communication to disguise her identity.
Lynch’s alias appears to be “Elizabeth Carlisle“.

Everyone in Gov’t power has been doing this since Bill Clinton was in office. It is no suprise. This way they can hide all their correspondence and no one will be the wiser. If all else fails they delete the entire account.
Recall when Clinton left office their were several pending FOIA cases where it was ordered to keep everything in the system. While Bush was being sidelined with the election recount and then 9/11 the systems were all shut down and deleted. When Judge Clayton had the matter before him he declared it “moot” due to the length of time. Dems skated as they have on every case since.
Use of an Alias is deceptive and most likely used for fraudulent purposes. No one will ever know if nobody investigates. I believe Mr.’s Comey and Mueller are fully aware of these practices.

Nurse friend of mine told the story of a newborn named by her black mother after she heard the delivery nurse exclaim,”here comes a little meconium”, which is the first stool excreted by a baby. Somewhere out there is a Ms. Meconium, assuming the mother got the spelling right.

Richard Windsor never existed at the EPA, but the agency awarded the fictional staffer’s email account certificates proving he had mastered all of the agency’s technology training — including declaring him a “scholar of ethical behavior,” according to documents disclosed late last week.
Windsor.Richard@epa.gov was the controversial email alias used by former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson, who resigned earlier this year amid questions about whether her agency was complying with open-records laws.
The new records — the latest in a series that EPA critics have pried loose under open-records requests — suggests Ms. Jackson used the alias even more widely than known, including taking required agency computer training under the fake identity.

Obviously, this has been an "off the books" fedgov policy since e-mail first became available (during Slick Willie's regime, or thereabouts?). I'd bet that every agency administrator has done it. Possibly every regional appointee, too.
Somebody should check the government payrolls for those fake names and make sure they weren’t collecting two paychecks.
Not really. She allegedly used her deceased grandmother’s maiden name as her surname. Not only that, she used her full name as her alias, Elizabeth Carlisle. Democrats believe no one else in America is as smart as they are.
Comey’s Instagram and Twitter were discovered under the name Reinhold Niebuhr, yes.
An independent researcher discovered this by tracking a pic of one of his kids, a little spooky. He actually stated that he was so amazed by the person’s detective skills that he wasn’t even mad.
