Waiting for Sessions to get in gear is like waiting for McConnell and Ryan to get on the Trump Train. Sessions has had his chance. He’s a bust.
Two weeks ago I might have agreed with you but since last weekend and the tweets from Trump; I'm seeing a more deliberate and determined AG Jeff Sessions. I don't think it's my imagination. I think Trump and Sessions agree far more than anything they might disagree on. I believe the breakdown happened because Mr. Sessions had his list and priorities and Prez Trump had his list and priorities and they didn't match up but now they are more closely aligned. I imagine AG Sessions acquiesced to Prez Trump's list as he should since Trump is the boss.
Both lists probably had the same or similar items to tackle so it was just a matter of rearranging the priorities. It's understandable really. They both see the issues to tackle from different perspectives. Obviously President Trump is frustrated by the back stabbing GOPe and the fact that AG Sessions is unable to help end the BS Special Counsel investigation. AG Sessions, being the experience career politician is doing the work that at up to now has been the standard speed of action. Prez Trump expects a faster, more results oriented, response. I also imagine some realities had to be explained to Prez Trump regarding getting things done in the corrupt swamp known as Washington DC. Wading through a hip deep sludge is more difficult than it looks I bet. Especially when there are floating magnetic mines that have names like McCain, Murkowsky, Collins, Graham, and Flake trying to reach your steel hull to blow swamp chit everywhere.
Defeatist BS. Let me ask “where is a Grand Jury to be convened which will indict Hillary?” Where can a petit jury be empaneled that would convict her?
Any of the unaddressed criminality MUST proceed very carefully because there will only be one chance. No conviction - forget about the rest. An acquittal would be a political disaster for conservatives/patriots.
Sessions is a careful man, a good Christian and a good lawyer so he knows what is at stake and what is necessary no matter what the unaware believe.
He was the most conservative man in the entire Senate so if he is a phony we have zero chance of MAGA. I do not believe that he is.
