You are right about that and it is being done mainly to try to insulate Mueller from criticism. I feel that this will have the opposite effect that he and the “deep state” slime are hoping for. This is being viewed exactly as we are stating. The hand-wringers and Trump haters will embrace this but who really cares what these idiots think anymore.
