West Virginia's Democratic Gov. Jim Justice will announce he is switching parties at a rally with President Trump on Thursday. Justice, a coal magnate and the wealthiest man in the state, first won office last year.

Smart move for him, since WV voted heavily for Trump.
Now how about Manchineel?
I figured it would be Manchin but this is good news too!
Mancin next? Does he want to keep his seat?
In truth neither party wants him :)
But WV are facing massive budget shortfalls thanks to the usual combination of an unsupportable welfare state and paying a fortune to indolent workers, most of them retired.
If the largest employer in a county is the school system, that is a) a sign of a moribund economy and b) a sign that there are far too many teachers vis-a-vis the population.
Justice is another in a long line of celebrity/millionaire governors. He was elected on a jobs-jobs-jobs platform and is damned lucky that Hillary wasn’t elected else the war on coal would have doomed Justice and the state.
We need to GET RID OF Manchin. And I don’t trust Jim Justice.
Sounds like a lateral move to RINO.
I expected Manchin to make the switch long before now.
But gave no real evidence that he knew how to make jobs-jobs-jobs. He's totally in bed with the AFC-CIO.
Do we have to take him???
I wonder how many Democrats are going to do the same, now that the Wind has turned.
I wish it was Manchin, and it came during the skinny repeal vote. Imagine McCain going up there to triumphantly vote ‘no,’ only for Manchin to change his vote to ‘yes’ and render McCain irrelevant.
He's also a life-long Republican who only ran as a Democrat because he couldn't stand Cole. The only surprise is he waited this long to switch.
hahaha.
File this one under “WHO CARES?” The Republican party is dead to me.
In response, the Democrats have selected a governor to switch genders.
This might give Manchin more cover to switch parties?
Add windsock Crapito to that pair and I'm with you 100%
