Health care insurers in Idaho have requested premium rate hikes as high as 81 percent for next year, according to the state’s Department of Insurance.
The five insurers serving the individual market in Idaho are Blue Cross of Idaho Health Service, Mountain Health Co-Op, PacificSource Health Plans, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, and SelectHealth.

Obama: And you could keep your doctor too
Obama was pretty much correct too, provided you had money to pay the doctor after paying the high Obamacare premiums.
With a typical Obamacare deductible of $5,000, the chance of an Obamacare plan paying any doctor was slim unless you needed surgery in a hospital in any given policy year.
With astronomical Obamacare-level deductibles, you rarely would benefit financially by seeing a doctor other than your own.
As for your insurance plan keeping your doctor, Obama made no similar promise.
