congrats. I quit smoking gained 33lbs. lost 10 of it, so far.
I dread this aspect of not smoking.
Have been winning the fit to stay off the smokes but I have gained 10 pounds. It’s so damned frustrating.
Have your thyroid checked, one of the downsides of quitting smoking is hypothyroidism. Occurs six months to one year after quitting.
