This is the 95% failure diet right here. If you're hungry all the time, you're not happy and most fail. YOU may be strong enough to endure a life of constant hunger. But that is poor advice for most. Also, if you're constantly eating, you're constantly in fat storage mode. This is why most diets fail.

You are correct, what ever works for you is right. I snack between meals, but not enough to satiate my appetite. My method works for me, but I don't think I'm stronger than most. I try to be strong, but don't always succeed.
This is not intended as advice or as a goal, but letting my hunger regulate my eating has worked for me and it seems to me that any diet that has me losing weight will probably leave me hungry, but that's just me.
