In my book, and I am in South Louisiana, the cop is racist and ignorant.
However, I understand that others may have different standards for racism and ignorance.
The cop is racist and ignorant. No doubt about it.
But why was a Sacramento paper reporting on this? Would they have reported on it if the cop was black? Of course not.
It would not have conformed to their agenda.
