The European Court of Human Rights on Wednesday blocked Germanys planned deportation of a Russian 18-year-old, who had been deemed a potentially dangerous Islamist.
The young man had already been on the way to Frankfurt airport on Tuesday when the court decision was made, forcing the driver to turn around, according to media reports.
The European courts ruling to block the deportation was not a final decision on the case itself, but rather was a way to ensure that the procedure would run properly as the court begins to consider the case, explained a court spokeswoman.

Lefties in the USA allowed lefties to take over West Germany after WWII, but only the Fabian types, who quickly instituted the “social market economy” and created the beginnings of the European Union in the European Coal and Steel Community a mere six years after the war ended, thus giving them a “supranational” platform to project power from. The Marxist types (the USSR) were given East Germany to play with and abuse. The effect of bringing the two together has only accelerated the leftward push.
