If there are issues, it is because people like Williams and Berger-Sweeney continually throw gasoline on the fading embers of racism. The way you get a somnolent administrator’s attention is to use the word “money”. In this case, I suspect a lot more than just $200k has dried up. If the losses continue to mount, then that professor will be nudged out the door.
