William Shatner, the actor best known for his role as Captain Kirk on Star Trek, expressed his distaste for social justice warriors and was promptly attacked by SJWs on Twitter and in the media.
Shatner took to Twitter recently to express his distaste over modern day social justice warriors comparing themselves to the social reform movements of the 1960s, which focused on causes such as racial equality and equal pay. Shatner, who took part in one of the earliest interracial kisses ever broadcast on American TV in Star Trek, tweeted, Why is it that SJWs think they can align themselves with those that demanded social reform in the 60s?
When one user claimed that those that use the term SJW and snowflake in a derogatory manner would have protested Star Treks interracial kiss, Shatner replied:
And this is your failure of logic. SJWs stand for inequality, where they are superior to any one else hence my use of Misandry and Snowflake.
A flood of responses rolled in to ironically tell Shatner how wrong his opinion was that social justice warriors attempt to exert their superiority over others:

Maybe Shatner should be our new WH Communications Director? :)
He should also have said (all together now):
“GET A LIFE!”
Why do you hate Lucas Nolan?
SNOWFLAKES!......................
What exactly caused you to so despise Lucas Nolan that you wish to deny him his due credit?
BEAUTIFUL!!!
Fire all phasers!
Did Lucas Nolan harm you in some way, causing you to seek to harm him professionally?
Who dat?
lol. That was funny.
To compare this transgender nonsense to the black civil rights movement (though flawed and misguided at times) is absurd.
Today’s brats can’t see that.
He's the author of the piece.. that the poster chose not to credit.
Because of hatred or something.
They’ll always have George Takei.
Oh, if I told you everything I know about Lucas Nolan, you’d hate him, too.
Missed that box. Apologies.
Lucas Nolan is considered by many to be a damn fool. is repeated misstatement of the dilithium formula and denial of the warp drive is legendary.
In the words of Quark, he lacks the lobes to be believable
People in the 60s (apart from the fakes looking to pick up women) were looking to change social issues that one could point to that had real, tangible problems that were impacting society. Dome of their solutions were worse than the problem, but the belief was sincere.
The SJWs of today I don't think by and large have that depth of conviction. Its more in the form of virtue signalling, and rarely do I hear a cogent argument or a concrete issue that can be pointed to.
Social justice gremlin on the left wing.
Nothing like 60 years of poor education to lose them the use of logic.
Maybe Shatner needs to focus his ire more on his fellow Canadians.
Phasers on stun!
