I guess lots of Seattle housing will hit the real estate market soon.Does Seattle have a city income tax as well? If they do, you can be sure that they'll enact a surcharge on high earners who don't live in the city but work there.
Next will be the continued exodus of businesses to the suburbs. Let the drain-circling continue.

? That’s what the article is talking about - a new city income tax. There is no state income tax in WA.
