Well, Gregory Burleson just got 68 years for his comment about being hellbent to kill an FBI agent. Judge Navarro remarked, " “in some ways a physical injury is better than a mental injury because it scabs, it heals.”
The sentence was "less than it could’ve been as [Judge] Navarro took into consideration his deteriorating health."
And that is applicable to the subject?
Burleson took up arms, was armed, pointed weapon at government law enforcement, made threats. Got what he deserved and should count himself lucky he wasn’t shot and killed. I say the same for him, for Black Lives Matter, for Islamic terrorists. All the same in my book.
