I have to wonder how many of our military commanders - particularly those having responsibility over nuclear weapons - will be on the wrong side of history?
I know one thing for certain - if a civil war breaks out again on the North American continent, there will be NO “ROE.” No prisoners taken. No quarter given, and none expected.
