The only way to defeat Obamacare is to prohibit members of Congress from opting out of it. Once Congress has to use Obamacare too, it will be repealed in record time.

Don’t think it would hurt the congress people themselves, they have quite a bit of money. It sure would hurt the people working for them, IMO.
