Frances highest administrative court on Monday rejected the governments appeal against an order to provide water and sanitation facilities for hundreds of migrants sleeping rough in the northern port of Calais.
In a written decision seen by AFP, the Council of State said the states failure to provide for the migrants basic needs exposed them to inhuman and degrading treatment, dealing a serious and clearly illegal blow to a basic right. [ ]
The court upheld a June 26 order by a court in the northern city of Lille for the state to supply the migrants with running water, toilets and showers.

Kinda makes sense......decent people give water to animals.
Republics really need to rein in their courts and judges. France should pull out the guillotine and use it on these people.
If water is delivered at a high enough pressure and volume, it can be used as drinking, bathing, and sewerage all at once!
Just sayin’.
Good idea. The water should be provided via water cannons.
Don’t bother setting up showers though. They’ll never get used.
