Why is it a “ threat” to have Congress live with the same rules and same system as they passed ( and refuse to repeal) for common Americans?
The WH should ask this question repeatedly when badgered with this story

Not only congress, but every federal employee. And if they choose to go on their spouses plan, there is a sliding scale penalty based on salary, benefits and investments.
Make it hurt so bad that they will come begging to end it.
