Let me see if I understand this correctly. There was Senate testimony that Russia paid Fusion GPS to create this anti-Trump dossier. If so that would mean that Russia was working to defeat Donald Trump.
Again IMHO there is now no need for a special council. There was no collusion between Trump and Russia. In fact just the opposite.
This is all rotten beyond description. All involved in the Trump administration need to get together and come up with a coordinated plan of how to attack this and the entire Russia, Russia, Russia fabrication and flush out the guilty.

We still might not have the entire sequence of events in how this dossier showed up at the FBI and in the news, but it seems clear it was used by Comey as justification to begin investigating Trump and supposed collusion.

Samantha Power wrote and compiled the Trump Dossier with plenty of fodder and apparent ACCESS to Top Secret surveillance materials on Trump's phone calls, emails, conversations, etc. which SHE UNMASKED while OFFICIALLY SHE SHOULD HAVE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH SUCH ACTIVITIES IN HER OFFICIAL ROLE.

I agree with Sundance, however, the video didn’t mention John McCain.
Browder was quite firm about Muellar continuing his investigation on anyone with ties to Russia.
Don Jr. was quoted as saying “I love it”, in response to hearing from the mutual friend, that the Russian individuals wanted to help the campaign, and he eagerly agreed to meet with these spies in Trump Tower.
Then there’s Manafort who worked for, or with, the puppet president of Ukraine, received money for doing so, and was in the room with Don, Jr. at the June meeting with the Russians spies.
So, Browder is all for keeping the Russians out of influence with our government.
The FBI was duped. Perhaps, willingly. After all Comey wanted to pay Fusion $50,000.00 for following up on that dossier.
Good question. I don't know exactly, other than the supposed sources for Steele's contentions were Russian nationals. I don't know if they were Russian spooks, part of a government effort to shade Trump, or if they were independent scam artists.

This is based on testimony in Congress TODAY from a very, very reliable source that the Trump Dossier was bought and paid for by the Russians.
This led to McCain getting it to the FBI which initiated the whole sequence of events that has led to watching Mueller investigate the Trump Business Empire and threaten the Trump presidency.

If the Russians paid to have a dossier of accusations and smears of Trump, then that flies in the face of the idea they were trying to help Hillary.
Plus, if the dossier was used by Comey to initiate FISA warrants and begin investigating Trump, then that was based on an entirely unsubstantiated and actually, ridiculous set of accusations.
And Graham's line of questioning here helped Trump and damaged his buddy McCain.

I believe the origins and uses of the golden shower Trump dossier that originated in Russia, went through England and ended up at the FBI, and the meeting Don, Jr. was involved in are two separate sets of circumstances, even though that Russian attorney seems involved with Fusion GPS.
Then Graham is just asking Browder about most all the stories involving Trump campaign contacts with Russia without tying any of it together.
