From all the studies I have seen, those portable field tests are WRONG 90% of the time. and THEY LIED to get a Warrant, I would put every last person invloved incliding the Chief in PRISON VFOR LIFE at the very least and would more than likely support the DEATH PENALTY for the officers invloved in the Home Invasion.
