What really bothers me about all this is the question "Why was he only arrested for bank fraud?".

Surely this guy (and his cohorts) were deep into lots of more serious things, many of which were probably at the behest of their RAT sponsors in high positions of power.

Knowing how corrupt the FBI has become, I fear that this arrest is just a "token charge" being used to "wipe the slate" clean on this whole tawdry episode.

It seems rather obvious to me: to keep any court-discovery from turning up anything on anybody 'important'.

Agree. The feckless, treasous FBI has no interest in the truth. It isn’t in their best interests. They have the power to quash the truth to maintain the swamp.

Does it have to fall on the FBI for an investigation? Could the AG go straight to grand jury?

They were let go in Feb. Why was nothing done? Why were they allowed to leave the country? Why were assets not frozen?
