Our rights come from God.

Black robed judges can only infringe those rights if we allow them to do so.

They answer to the people.

They are accountable to the people.

And that’s part of why we have the Second Amendment in the first place is to defend our rights from those who would rule them out of existence.

It's up to the people to protect their own rights, and it is the nature of government to encroach on those rights. Governments do not protect rights. They dole them out as superiors to the people.

The DC Circuit was the court that shot down DC's original gun ban. That led to the Supreme Court's Heller decision. Glad the DC Circuit is still enforcing the Second Amendment.

It’s a turn-style of taxpayer theft. Pass bad law, sue, use taxpayer $$ to stretch out the process, rule against ‘law’, repeat.
