I’m wondering when law officials get to realize that street hoods do not obey gun laws.
The 9th circus just ruled the exact opposite for California, Supreme Court hear we come.
Pretty sad when citizens have to rely on Black Robed tyrants with cute little hammers to protect their rights, why do we even need a Congress if they won’t protect our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS??
Our rights come from God.
Black robed judges can only infringe those rights if we allow them to do so.

They are accountable to the people.
And that’s part of why we have the Second Amendment in the first place is to defend our rights from those who would rule them out of existence.
It's up to the people to protect their own rights, and it is the nature of government to encroach on those rights. Governments do not protect rights. They dole them out as superiors to the people.

Does anyone have a link to the opinion?

The leftists will sooner or later be shooting judges without any encouragement from me. After all they’re already shooting Republican members of Congress.
(And yes, I know I twisted your comment a tad!)
Before we get to SCOTUS, there is a chance that the DC Circuit will hear the appeal en banc.
