Better would be:
House DNC staffer Imran Awan arrested at Dulles and charged with bank fraud, destruction of evidence, falsifying employment records and selling cars without a license...among other things.
Sometimes they start with just the most clear-cut and certain evidence on one or a few charges, just to get the arrest warrant, while continuing to build the case on a variety of other charges..... I certainly hope that is what is happening here!!
