This reminds me of the Texas plumber who sold a Toyota pick-up truck with his signage on it. The truck turned up in Taliban videos in Afghanistan. Both the plumber and Mr. Pyle were not doing their jobs. When you sell a truck or trailer with your logo on it without painting over your logo and other signage, you are asking for trouble down the line.
yes i saw that too.
This guy's family-owned trucking business since the 1950s doesn't sound like the perpetrator. His story about the truck being sold sounds plausible to me.
Let's give him a break until all of the facts are known.
I believe Pyle Trucking is a victim, however, I think he’ll blank out is logo, but a lot of used trucks still got the original owner name on it...a few years ago... I saw a St Johnsberry Tucking trailer and the company been out since around 1993...
Of course not, you moron: how many Iowans do you think there are trying to sneak into Mexico for those high-paying jobs???
Toyota, Nissan, et al actually sell trucks outside the U.S.
In fact, the U.S. is not a particularly big pickup truck market for them, with full-size American pickups getting as good as or better fuel economy and much higher resale than the Jap trucks, regardless of size.
Confirmed by local news in Iowa that the reefer trailer was sold because the reefer unit failed. It was sold as a box trailer.
Absolutely... And it sat there and ran out of fuel with these people inside.
Thank you...
