In fairness, the article is completely incoherent. I read it and was unable to determine where the writer got any of the numbers. I think the "6 days" line is a typo, but it's hard to know.
This article is more about the sorry state of journalism in Scotland than it is about wind power.
Actually, it was written that way on purpose. The power generator propaganda office handed the journalist a pre-written article that was written above the journalist’s third grade education.
