Israelis would get to question him, but in Israeli custody? No. No country would permit that. Same for Jordan. They should get to question him in presence of Israeli ambassador, and not in Jordanian custody.

If the Israeli is questioned at the Israeli Embassy, he is not in Jordanian custody ... he is on Israeli soil.

So what would be the problem with the Jordanians coming to the Embassy and interviewing the guard there?
